Superside, a leading design company transforming the creative industry, is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team. 



In this pivotal role, you will help build a world class Finance Operations function managing two finance specialists.

What you’ll do
  • Own the entire Finance Operation function
  • Oversee the bill pay and neo-bank credit card platforms to ensure our vendors get paid
  • Streamline the end-to-end OTC process, executing Superside’s subscription based revenue model and helping enhance working capital
  • Manage variable compensation models and embrace the challenge of paying 700+ distributed staff across 57 countries
  • Manage Supersides surplus cash across the US parent company and its subsidiaries, optimizing yield and minimizing risk according to investment policy
  • Lead and mentor a happy and successful team, helping them achieve their career aspirations
  • Contribute to the Finance tech & automation roadmap
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments across a variety of projects


What you’ll need to succeed
  • Professional accounting/finance qualification with 4 to 5 years of experience post qualification
  • Experience managing a finance operations function, ideally in a tech/online environment
  • Experience managing a team, including direct team report, performance evaluations and career development
  • Experience in overseeing areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, invoicing
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to present ideas and discuss solutions
  • A proactive and self-directed attitude
  • A trusting, resourceful, ego-free, and kind team player personality
