Responsibilities and Duties:
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Designing graphics user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphics designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in creating visuals across web & mobile.
- Expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Degree in Visual Arts, BFA, etc will be a bonus.
- Have great taste in visual design (backed by a good portfolio).
- Ability to create visuals for mobile (iOS & Android), web apps, and responsive websites.
- Proficient with a range of design tools; an expert in at least 2 design tools (Sketch preferred).
- Expert on exporting assets & designing UI based on platform standards.
- Ability to juggle between multiple projects.
