We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join us remotely. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of experience in Project Management and web/product development best practices and can efficiently estimate, define, and streamline any scope of work, while closely adhering to technical requirements.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Our ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of experience in Project Management and web/product development best practices and can efficiently estimate, define, and streamline any scope of work, while closely adhering to technical requirements.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Participate in client reviews and workshops to identify project objectives, goals, and implementation strategies
- Identify precise client needs by asking the correct questions
- Take full responsibility for technical processes, while working closely with internal dev teams
- Ensure final deliverables conform to the client's exact needs
- Optimize existing business processes and workflows
- Successfully collaborate with internal PM, UI/UX & web design teams
Requirements
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have 3-5 years of applicable agency experience in website/mobile app development;
- Have strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills. You assume full responsibility for successful project delivery, with a get-it-done mindset;
- Provide consistent guidance and detailed and accurate recommendations on technical project execution and planning;
- Are comfortable spearheading 8+ website/app development projects simultaneously;
- Can work in a remote work environment, collaborating with global colleagues and serving clients across time zones;
- Have a high comfort level with technical development processes, and can easily articulate complex processes between internal tech and client teams;
- Are highly familiar with a range of standard project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall);
- You have advanced communication skills, can process requirements, and make qualified recommendations on the fly. You excel at establishing and maintaining contact with clients;
- Are located within a reasonable (max 3 hours) time difference with the Central European Time Zone
- Have Russian language proficiency;
- Are fluent in English, in speaking and in writing
