AutoCAD Architect in Hampshire? 

I am working with an award-winning firm based in the Romsey area and they are looking for a Architect to join their team. 

You must be ARB Registered to be considered for this role.

This role is for someone who enjoys interpreting a client brief and producing working drawings as well as technical documents, while in line with the latest legislation guidelines. They are looking for someone with experience working in the Residential or Mixed-use sectors for developer clients and house builders ideally. They need someone who is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit is advantageous but not essential. Sound technical knowledge and clear understanding of UK building regulations is a must. They are also looking for someone who has knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS). 

They can offer flexible working arrangements, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown. They would prefer someone to have their own car and they offer free parking at the office. 

The salary guide is based on ability and experience and is expected to be between £38,000 - £40,000.
