Operations role within Smith & Nephew Global Business Services (GBS), from the GBS Service Centre in KL. This role is accountable for delivering accurate and effective procurement processes and controls, as described in the S&N GBS requirements. It ensures service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs, striving for positive customer feedback.
 

What will you be doing?

This role addresses stakeholders' requests and ensures a resilient service through effective alignment with CM.

Works in conjunction with team members to ensure smooth delivery.
 

What will you need to be successful?

• We are seeking a graduate with a relevant degree or MBA for an operations role within Smith & Nephew Global Business Services (GBS). The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a Japanese support role and possess certification as a Japanese Language professional.

• The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in Japanese Language support. The candidate must be a Japanese Language expert, capable of delivering accurate and effective procurement processes and controls, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs, and addressing stakeholders' requests efficiently.
