Job Description

Full time | Internship - 3 months | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Enthusiastic, creative, curious, love to collaborate, and happy to get stuck in? If this sounds like you then the FutureBrand Internship might be for you!

Whether you are interested in our Strategy, or Client Services team, our 2 internship opportunities are inspiring and exciting. We’ve worked with a host of amazing brands, including Nestle, Bentley, Nespresso, NatWest, Sephora, Curry’s… the list goes on!

Whether it’s re-launching a global retail icon, crafting a healthcare’s true purpose, or naming a new tech product, a Strategist wears many hats throughout their day solving complex brand challenges. They have one fundamental job, and that’s to help make brands work better, be relevant, and feel fresh!

Working in close collaboration with our creative, account management and production teams, planners ensure that the agency’s creative output is always as relevant as it is effective, and that customer understanding is demonstrated as every stage of the journey. Through intellect, research, and gut instinct planners will decode culture, category and people to provide inspirational and practical insight into creative and a compelling case to clients. They will also pinpoint that pivotal role for communications in solving business problems.

A Strategist’s toolbox consists of three primary tools:

  • Curiosity… asking questions of our clients, their industry and of wider culture. This discovery and inquisitiveness helps us to truly understand and immerse ourselves in the challenge.

  • Clarity… one of the superpowers of a Strategist is taking in-depth knowledge and extract simple but powerful insights and truths. What is the one thing that someone should know and care about? What is it that could change someone’s mind?

  • Collaboration… you’d likely think that after all that questioning, we’d have the answers to everything. But the only way we can find any answers is by working closely with our creative, client service and production teams as well as learning from the people who know the brands and products best. Working together evolves our thinking and leads us to intriguing but simple ideas.
