Software Engineer

We are looking for a coder/devops who can write "beautiful" code/infrastructure, or is looking to improve their abilities.

What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ideate on improvements to the tool.
Contribute to building new features and products for Venngage.
Improve current code base to increase maintainability, readability, performance, and quality.
Follow and iterative approach and sprint cadence to make a big impact on product growth

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years working with React
2+ years working with PHP
2+ years working with SQL
2+ years working as a full stack developer
Experience with applying best practices in software applications
Hands on experience in working with Agile environments and fast release trains
Strong understanding of performant algorithms and data structures and applying it to a product
Ability to research and find potential solutions to technical projects that can yield to the best outcome
Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
A good team player: Willing to support when needed, win and lose as a team
