The Job: What will you do?
● Help the Senior Planner develop strategy which leads to great creative and business results
● To be the voice of the consumer and the brand within the agency
● Work seamlessly with creative, media and account management in a collaborative manner
● Review, analyze and evaluate the following: media output, creative output, research reports and
client data
● Share input on content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Skills
● Research: Have the ability to understand consumers with formal and informal tools like Focus Group
Discussions, Interviews, Dipstick interviews.
● Very strong understanding of digital research tools on Facebook, Google and Third party tools (Comscore,
Radian 6 etc) with actual hands on work
● Creativity: Ability to write creative briefs for a wide range of media –from Instagram
posts to long form video
● Have familiarity with digital planning models like Purchase Journeys, brand funnel, social
calendars etc

Experience
● 4-7 years in digital or mainline agencies

Personality attributes
● Curious about popular culture and technology and trends
● Collaborative and ability to work with different teams
● Loves brands and advertising and follows them closely
● Collaborative and works well in team

Academic Qualifications
● Some formal postgraduate education in marketing is preferred but not essential if you have the right experience
