DesignTork provides graphic design, web design, and front-end development services based on a monthly subscription model. We're looking for a new senior project manager and team lead to join our team.
As a Senior Project Manager / Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, making sure they are delivered on time and as specified clients' requirements. You will lead a team of designers and developers, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Your expertise in project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams will be critical to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, web designers, and front-end developers.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects on a fast-paced turnaround.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients daily
- Drive recurring team meetings
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects with clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent level of English, spoken and written
- Proven experience in project management in the fields of graphic design, web design, and front-end development.
- Experience in managing remote teams and distributed work environments.
- Solid technical understanding of front-end development technologies and platforms like WordPress.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a fully-remote position. Full time hiring only, no freelancing.
