Currently, we are particularly keen to find our next Project Manager star, who will work alongside a team of brilliant creatives to ensure world-class deliveries and relationships with a portfolio of iconic brands!
Role Expectations:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our client collaborations, from inception to final delivery, and elevate our service by proposing and implementing new initiatives to enhance our clients' performance. Depending on the client's needs, this diverse role will see you support our clients as an advisor, expert, project manager, and first line of support alongside the team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of e-commerce and digital strategies with a team, aiming to exceed our clients' expectations.
- Serve as our clients' main point of contact, managing communication and relations with them.
- Lead the tactical and operational management of project sprints, ensuring excellent execution.
- Enhance our delivery by proposing and implementing new initiatives to boost the clients' overall experience.
- Plan and facilitate client strategy workshops and recurring meetings.
- Budgeting and invoicing on a monthly base.
- Deliver innovative work that sets the standard for everyone around you.
- Share your knowledge and skills, actively contributing to the development of your junior colleagues.
To be successful in this role, we believe you are:
- Highly experienced in leading technical or creative projects, with a strong understanding of the technical e-commerce landscape.
- Experience working in agencies, with a strong preference for candidates who have delivered digital projects in the e-commerce retail sector.
- An experienced leader, capable of leading cross-functional teams and motivating them towards common goals with our clients.
- Experienced working in fast-paced organizations
- Experience with staff responsibilities is a plus.
- Being experienced in or knowledgeable about Centra, Shopify, or Norce is a plus.

- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to use Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools to structure and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- We love to meet our clients every once in a while and flexibility in business travels is expected.
