Senior Manager, Investor Relations

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
   -Develop and implement the investor relations strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the investment community.
   -Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of investor relations initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy.
2. Communication:
   -Serve as a point of contact for investors and analysts.
   -Prepare and deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messages about the company’s financial performance, strategy, and growth prospects.
   -Manage the creation and dissemination of investor-related materials, including press releases, earnings reports, presentations, and annual reports.
3. Relationship Management:
   -Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
   -Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to communicate the company’s vision and performance.
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
   -Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and analyst reports to provide strategic insights to senior management.
   -Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosure.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   -Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and disclosure requirements.
   -Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and communicate their implications to senior management and the board.
6. Crisis Management:
   -Develop and implement strategies to manage investor communications during crisis situations, ensuring transparency and maintaining investor confidence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within the semiconductor or technology industry. Alternatively, experience in investment banking (M&A, ECM), equity sales, equity research, or other equity market departments at a brokerage firm.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
