Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our friendly team based in Sevenoaks.

 

Salary – OTE 45K to 50k plus Audi

Type – Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This role involves assisting the Regional Manager in maximising overall performance, turnover, profit and scalable growth for the region.

Key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customers.
  • Visiting potential and existing customers and sites and providing appropriate samples to them.
  • Motivating the team and aiding its development through effective management and recruitment.
  • Meeting own targets as well as assisting and deputising for the Regional Manger to also help meet regional ones.
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained in variety of areas including administration, Health and Safety and security.
  • Recruiting and managing sub-contractors.
  • Guaranteeing all sales enquiries and customer service issues are responded to and followed up on time.
  • Checking and monitoring estimates, sales orders, and fitting costs.
  • Managing stock levels and minimising debt and stock holding.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the flooring industry or new build sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent people management, communication and organisation skills.
  • A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
  • A full and current UK driving licence so that site visits can be carried out.
  • Will be required to gain a current CSCS card.
