Position Summary

Korn Ferry (KF) is looking for a Senior Consultant, Technology COE to be based in Singapore or Australia, to join the KF Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Team to focus on the deployment of our technology solutions.

The Technology Consultant will be responsible for implementing comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) technologies into new and existing clients in partnership with broader implementation and operations teams.Β  You would lead end-to-end implementation of KF Nimble Recruit and other KF and partner TA technologies, helping clients make decisions around how the technology can support their talent acquisition needs.

As an Implementation Technology Consultant, you will lead consultative engagements with clients on their current state business challenges related to their talent acquisition initiatives. You will also know your way around technology, so you are able to convert plans into real solutions that work, including setup and configuration of KF Nimble Recruit and other TA technologies.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience implementing talent acquisition software. This includes delivering full end-to-end deployment cycle including current and future state process discussions, setup and configuration, testing, and go live of TA software.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead sessions to gather and translate client business requirements into working solutions supported by KF applications, guide business stakeholders through workshops, and implement solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Responsible for the setup, configuration, and roll-out of KF TA solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning pre-sales, design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
  • Develop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support.
  • Identify and map relevant system integrations.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Prior experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more Talent Management System required. This includes process mapping, system setup and configuration, data mapping, testing, and training.
  • Knowledge of TA leading technologies (e.g. Workday, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of API integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead technical implementations.
  • Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on their feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
  • Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take responsibility for extremely high-profile clients.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools including Visio, Excel, and Project effectively to create and manage project deliverables.
