Your Mission
Are you a passionate and ambitious professional eager to drive growth in an innovative engineering startup? We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to expand our market presence. You'll be the key player in identifying and engaging potential clients, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and setting up impactful discovery calls. In this role, you will refine our target approach and ensure our message resonates with the right audience. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
  • You target companies with precise and relevant outreach efforts in various engineering markets.
  • You engage with multiple contacts within a company through personalized emails and one-on-one communication.
  • You generate valuable leads through various acquisition channels.
  • You create compelling content for emails, voicemails, and introductory calls.
  • You utilize tools to gather information and maintain communication.
  • You research company personas and simulation tools to qualify leads effectively.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum; does not need to be technical)
  • 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in business development
  • Strong familiarity with sales methods and sales processes is essential
  • Passion for business development and early-stage sales
  • Experience in a business development role, preferably within a startup
  • Understanding of technical products is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is ; Spanish is a plus.
