About the role and team:

We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Senior Business Analyst within our Business Operations team. You will be integral to enhancing our understanding of business functions, identifying gaps between current and target states, promoting continuous improvement, and driving strategic initiatives. 

This dynamic role requires an individual capable of acting as a cohesive force across Business Operations activities, including stakeholder management, business intelligence, strategic planning, and facilitating change to ensure efficient execution of strategic priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation across functions to drive unified efforts towards common objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Change Manager to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives, roles, and ways of working.
  • Map processes and analyse performance to uncover efficiency and effectiveness opportunities within business functions.
  • Advise on and implement strategies to streamline processes and optimise resources.
  • Ensure data collection and visualisation align with business analysis needs and strategic goals.

We’d love to talk to you if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Business Analyst, within a Business Operations environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools and basic statistical concepts.
  • Strong project support and coordination skills for occasional hands-on involvement in strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies.

As this is a hybrid role, we’re looking for people within a commuting distance of our Edinburgh office and who are flexible to travel to CreateFuture regional offices. We are very flexible and trust you to manage your own schedule to balance face-to-face time with clients, colleagues and working from home.
