Reports to: CRM Team Leader
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin
What will you do?
- You will be responsible to end-to-end key projects in the CRM domain
- Analysis of business needs and design solutions based on Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience cloud.
- Analysis of existing processes and their current implementation to adjust it with new requirements.
- Write detailed design documents to describe current implementation and suggested solution.
- Implementation of new business requirements
- Provide hands-on Support for users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting and data fixes
What should you have?
- 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Skilled with complex flows and data migrations
- Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience in supporting and training system users.
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in English – a must.
- Experience with Form Titan – an advantage
- Salesforce Admin certification - an advantage
- BSc in Industrial Engineering\ Information systems – an advantage
