Arounda is currently looking for a Sales Manager with high English skills.

Requirements:
- Understand and form the ICP on Upwork;
- Create the strategy and communication plan on
- Written and oral communication to prospective clients;
- Lead negotiations and reach agreements;
- Engage with lead gen managers to improve lead processing and quality;
- Work with other providers and recruiters to plan hiring and staffing;
- Collaborate with project managers to improve client service;
- Weekly & monthly reporting and meetings;

Responsibilities:
- Understand and form the ICP on UpWork;
- Create the strategy and communication plan on UpWork;
- Written and oral communication to prospective clients;
- Lead negotiations and reach agreements;
- Qualification of the potential customers based on ICP;
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies;
- Weekly & monthly reporting and meetings;

It necessarily:
- Experience with Upwork sales & leadgen process;
- Experience with CRM-systems;
- Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs);
- Experience with Western companies;
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to multitask and be able to set priorities;
