The Role

What we’re looking for in the candidate:
  1. An ideal candidate looking to springboard their career in the Saas (Design as a Service) space. Sales Development Rep (SDR) will be working directly along with the senior management & Enterprise Sales Rep at Design Shifu LLC.
  2. An individual who will be responsible for developing new business by prospecting opportunities similar to the clients in the Design Shifu clientele ecosystem. This role involves identifying, qualifying, booking discovery meetings, and nurturing client relationships to cross-sell and upsell Design Shifu’s offering.
  3. The Sales Development Representative can graduate up the competency levels in 6-12 months; with eligibility to recruit, train and work in a capacity of a Senior Sales Role.
  4. Being open to feedback, ready to learn in a fast paced environment, and can hit daily/weekly/monthly activity and competency (Setting Meeting for the Sales team) targets.
  5. Our Core requirements for this role are: ● Comfortable initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections. (Proven outbound sales experience closing deals in the USA, UK & Australia) ● B2B Sales Development experience prospecting into small to medium enterprises & Digital Agencies. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● The ability to speak fluent English can be easily understood by people in the United States and other countries.
SDR Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate sales opportunities with an outbound approach by navigating accounts and handling qualified prospects and setting qualified meetings across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia for the Sr Sales Team.
  2. Qualify Design Shifu’s marketing-generate in-bound leads.
  3. Drive metric-based KPIs, leveraging Pipedrive CRM, based on the following:
    ● Phone call. ● LinkedIn Engagement. ● Meaningful Conversations. ● Appointments Set. ● Generate sales via follow-ups 15, 30,60,90 days later.
  4. SDRs will need to divide their time writing emails, 30-40 outbound calls/day, engagements on LinkedIn, identify and engage the right audience via Zoominfo, manage and track data on Pipedrive.
  5. Through training, develop expertise around Design Shifu’s subscription-based design service offering and learn how Design Shifu’s offering stands apart from freelance websites and boutique design agencies in the US, Canada, UK & Australia.
About The Sales Team
Our Sales team is our core department to facilitate business growth, client retention, and expansion of the company. Since it is a design-based subscription model, right from the discovery call, the Sales team needs to build and grow lasting relationships with clients, resolving concerns and the ability to bring new ideas and innovative solutions to clients which in turn helps up-sell and cross-sell our services.

Required Experience

● 3-years bachelor’s degree.
● Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
● Proficiency in using enterprise-grade sales CRM, such as Pipedrive / Zoho.
● Team player with a collaborative attitude.
● Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.
● Analytical problem-solving ability.
● Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
