Epiic is a website development and optimization agency that celebrated its 12th anniversary this year. We specialize in website development and optimization, as well as SEO content writing services.
Operating in the markets of the USA and Europe, our team consists of 30 dedicated members, supplemented by over 30 freelancers, and we are continually growing. We value a friendly, positive attitude while striving for active work and ambitious results.
Our products are utilized by distinguished local and international marketing agencies and businesses. Due to our rapid operational growth and expanding client base, we are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager for the USA timezone.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in sales, supported by measurable results
- Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience in selling website development and SEO services
Responsibilities:
- Selling our services to new clients
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and introducing new services
- Reconnecting with inactive clients and handling incoming leads
- Assisting current clients and addressing their concerns
- Entering and managing client information in our CRM system
