R2R Analyst (Pune, India)

This role is involved in the delivery of effective and efficient finance processes and controls from a GBS Centre as described in the S&N Finance taxonomy, in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

What will you be doing?

Handling Month end close, Balance sheet reconciliation and Balance Sheet reviews, Issue resolution.

Ensure master data is maintained to high levels of quality and compliance, controls are executed and adhered to in line with Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) (SOX & MAPs) and wider S&N policies including the Group Finance Manual.

Maintain SOPs to meet S&N standard cycles. Highlight and challenge exceptions from global standards.

Should have background of working on inventory related controls and able to perform relevant calculations related to inventory reports, aging provision and reporting as per IFRS.

Handle the requests from external and internal auditors, other advisors and relevant country Authorities.

Should be able to highlight improvement opportunities in existing process and driving improvement in execution and standardization.

Make suggestions for the future use of new tools and technology in the RTR domain and where approved, implement into the Service offering.

What will you need to be Successful?

  • Education: Graduation / Post Graduation Degree - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience working for R2R domain.

  • Demonstrates experience in analyzing financial data, drawing sound conclusions, and developing proposals/solutions.

  • Well Conversed with SAP application and MS Office tools- Excel.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Relevant industry experience advantageous, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.

  • Experience of SAP / Hyperion / TM1 / Cognos.

  • Working knowledge and application of SOX control frameworks.

  • Experience of working in a large / listed entity.
