Remote Revenue Operations Engineer

About this Role

Design Pickle is looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Revenue Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system and its integrations to various platforms, including lead generation and sales enablement tools.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize connectors or APIs to facilitate seamless data flow across our platforms to ensure the highest degree of financial and operational data accuracy as this data will be used on a daily basis by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations teams.

You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration processes, and troubleshooting guides, for the various platforms within our Revenue Operations technical stack. You will also provide training and ongoing support for all internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding and use of all systems and tools used by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations teams.

• Proficient in CRM systems with a strong preference for individuals with extensive HubSpot knowledge, tailored to meet Design Pickle's unique client engagement strategies.
• Expert in API development and integrations, enabling seamless connectivity between Design Pickle's diverse tech stack and external services.
• Skilled in database management and SQL, essential for maintaining and optimizing Design Pickle's extensive client and project data.
• Advanced analytical skills, with a proven track record of handling large data sets and integrating multiple data sources to create comprehensive dashboards and reports, driving insights for Design Pickle's growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work in concert with both revenue-generating teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and technical teams (including Product, Engineering, and Data Science), ensuring a collaborative approach to achieve Design Pickle's revenue goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, critical for articulating complex technical concepts and strategies to all levels within Design Pickle, fostering understanding and alignment across the company.
• Preferably experienced in working at a high-growth, technology company, bringing insights and practices that can fuel Design Pickle's expansion in the creative industry.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools, like Tableau, is advantageous, enhancing Design Pickle's ability to visualize data and make informed decisions.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and optimization of CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, to enhance client relationship management and support Design Pickle's sales and marketing efforts.
• Design and implement robust API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between Design Pickle's various software tools and platforms, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize databases, utilizing SQL, to support Design Pickle's project management and client data storage needs, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple data sources to create detailed dashboards and reports, providing Design Pickle's leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and technical teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to align on goals and drive Design Pickle's growth.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within Design Pickle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Leverage experience from working in high-growth, technology companies to navigate and contribute to Design Pickle's fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Utilize knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools, like Tableau, to further enhance the depth and accessibility of data-driven insights for Design Pickle's strategic planning.

$105,000 - $120,000

The compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual salary offer to a candidate will be made with mindful consideration of many factors. These factors include but are not limited to skills, qualifications, education/knowledge, experience, and alignment with market data for a given location within the US. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions. This salary data is for our US-based positions only.
