Overview: As a Team Coordinator at Design Pickle, the contractor will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outstanding client experiences and the seamless delivery of high-quality creative work. Your responsibilities merge strategic coordination and creative oversight within a dynamic creative production environment. Monitoring a designated portfolio of creative output, your primary objective is to orchestrate the flawless delivery of our creative services, upholding Design Pickle's commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Scope of Work:
  • Client-Centric Coordination: Act as a primary production point of contact for Production Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Production Coordinators, and Clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, providing updates, and meeting their expectations.
  • Timely Delivery Assurance: Ensure on-time delivery of client work, ensuring it consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Talent Empowerment: Empower creative talent to consistently produce work aligned with Design Pickle's quality standards, surpassing client expectations.
  • Output Evaluation: Collaborate with a diverse creative workforce of up to 40, including graphic designers, digital designers, illustrators, motion graphics artists, and video editors; Ensure adherence to service level standards.
  • Workload Management: Equitably distribute workloads among the creative team to maximize productivity and creative utilization.
  • Quality and Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with Quality Coordinators to maintain design quality, brand consistency, and client satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution and Process Enhancement: Investigate and resolve issues related to low customer feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Efficient Request Management: Efficiently manage client requests, ensuring proper assignment and timely delivery of creative work.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, contribute to improving the creative team, and refine service delivery
  • Provide additional services and support as required by the client..

  • Knowledge and experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Custom Illustrations.
  • Demonstrated ethical leadership skills fostering collaboration, productivity, and a positive team atmosphere.
  • Experience in overseeing large creative teams.
  • Adaptability, speed, and agility in working efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in business-level English communication for real-time interactions with creatives and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in people, resource and ticket management.
Bonus Points for:
  • Proven working experience as a Studio Manager, Traffic Coordinator, or Project Manager in a creative agency-type setting.
  • Previous Customer Support experience enhancing your ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
