Viwinco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and direct the execution of our strategic sales initiatives within the Mid-South geographic region, with a primary focus on the Carolina coasts. This role is crucial in fostering growth, expanding market presence, and building strong networks by managing the sales team and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee territory representatives in North Carolina and South Carolina, with an opportunity for expansion.
  • Manage regional and territory performance through CRM systems and by traveling with Territory Managers.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and achieve sales objectives.

  • Work with the VP of Sales and Territory Managers to develop sales targets and KPIs for the year.

  • Travel with sales representatives to understand individual development needs, ensuring the business model's success within the distribution network.

  • Assure that policies and procedures are adhered to and that distributor relationships are maintained and developed.

  • Approve special pricing and credits from the sales team.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including direct customers, builders, installers, and architects.

  • Aggressively and continually seek additional growth areas to achieve Viwinco’s strategic goals and objectives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the geographic region, including existing and potential customers, competing manufacturers and distributors, building codes, and the builder and architect base.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget. Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the building materials or related industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
