Fashion Digital Transformation Project Manager (Digital Product Creation) - 12-Month Project

As we embark on a digital transformation journey for a leading multi-brand Fashion retailer based in India, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our clients through the implementation of our cutting-edge 3D technologies within their organization.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Fashion Digital Transformation project with a focus on integrating 3D technology into our client’s processes. This is a project-based position for 12 months, based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both fashion industry dynamics and digital transformation methodologies. They will be responsible for guiding our clients through every phase of the project, from initial planning to successful implementation, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure alignment with project objectives.
· Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, merchandisers, and other stakeholders, to execute project tasks effectively.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans as needed.
· Assisted by our Customer Success Lead on the account, the project manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
· Drive adoption of 3D technologies within the organization, working closely with Technical Enablement Team, Account Manager and provide support to stakeholders as needed.
· Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Fashion Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
· Proven experience managing complex projects in the fashion industry, with a focus on digital transformation and technology integration.
· Strong understanding of 3D technologies and their applications within the fashion industry, including 3D modelling, virtual try-on, and digital prototyping.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with clients and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
· PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
