Project Co-ordinator - FTC for 12 months // ASAP Start
R/GA EMEA are looking for a Project Coordinator to work inhouse (onsite in London) for one of our entertainment clients. Your role will be to support the digital transformation initiatives by coordinating project discovery and ideation phases, ensuring smooth transitions into agile delivery squads. This role involves administrative tasks, team coordination, and maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate efficient project progress.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

Your role will be to support the digital transformation initiatives by coordinating project discovery and ideation phases, ensuring smooth transitions into agile delivery squads. This role involves administrative tasks, team coordination, and maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate efficient project progress.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Act as a support function for project teams, handling administrative tasks and coordination.
- Interface with team members daily and weekly to ensure seamless project progression.
- Support day-to-day communications, including coordinating meetings, taking notes, preparing status reports, and managing task lists.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the Senior Leads.
- Assist in coordinating project discovery and ideation phases, preparing projects for agile delivery squads.
Skills, Know-How, And Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in producing interactive projects or directly related experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office software, including MS Project.
- Familiarity with the state of the Web from both a business and aesthetic perspective.
- An understanding of the balance between business, creative, and technical work.
Key Performance Indicators
- Effective coordination of project discovery and ideation phases.
- Timely and accurate preparation of meeting notes, status reports, and task lists.
- High satisfaction rates from internal teams and senior management.
- Seamless transition of projects into agile delivery squads.
- Positive feedback from client meetings and internal communications.
- Proactive identification and resolution of administrative and coordination issues.
