Job Title: Product Designer

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design.- Proven ability to create user-centric design solutions based on user research and feedback.- Proficiency in Figma.- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.- A strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects.- Advocating for customers and their needs.
