We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer with a specialisation in creating performance-oriented and visually appealing TikTok and Meta ads.

Requirements
- Be able to take charge of the entire design process, working with all sorts of visual material, from ideation to execution
- Have previous experience in performance video editing
- Be organised and performance-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in visual styles
- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
- Have scalability/ process automation mindset
- Fluency in English
Key responsibilities
- Take charge of the entire design process, from idea to ready-to-use ads
- Use After Effects and other editing tools to create selling videos
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in TikTok and Meta video ads editing and subtitle animation
- Prepare playbooks and processes to scale video post-production
Time required: Full-time position.
Location: Vilnius or Kaunas. Remote might be possible.
Salary: Salary range of 2,400 – 3,500 GROSS
