Job Description

Wentworth Institute of Technology is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Parking & ID Clerk.Β 

The Parking & ID Clerk reports directly to the Assistant Director of Public Safety and handles daily administration to assist in managing the Parking & ID Administrative function.

Duties:

  • Responds to and assists with parking ticket appeals, permitting process, and provides administrative support.
  • Programs and issues IDs to faculty, staff, students, and contractors.
  • Respond to a variety of parking and ID related queries politely and courteously.
  • Assists with maintaining the online parking permit parking system.
  • Communicates information to the community concerning parking and IDs.
  • Supports the Assistant Director of Public Safety with relevant data collection and administrative needs.
  • Performs dispatch and other related duties as required.

:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years working experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and in use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal customer service and communication skills
