Role Overview
  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven New Business Development Manager with 5-7 years of experience who will be working across all pods. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging the expertise of our Media, SEO, Public Relations and Technology specialists to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with company goals and target market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base, leveraging key insights and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to align business development efforts with strategies, ensuring synergy and maximizing impact.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business development strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on generating new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies, with the ability to leverage key insights to inform business development efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute effectively.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience in Digital Domain is preferred
