As a New Business Coordinator, you will support our company’s new business activities through coordination throughout the entire buy cycle. We seek a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is highly organized and can collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has experience with networking, inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation, preparation of new business materials and presentations, and general administration.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new business activities: meetings, presentations, development activities.
  • Assist in arranging new business presentations and follow-ups.
  • Sales/support functions through face-to-face meetings, video conferences or telephone calls.
  • Manage weekly new business status calls, updating reports and ensuring task completion.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events/tradeshows/conferences and new business events in person, including attendance.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Support new business processes by testing new platforms, methods, and systems.
  • Coordinating documentation for RFP responses, pitch materials, etc.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • B2B new business experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with clients and relationship-building.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Experience using Excel (intermediate or above).
  • Experience and/or education in project management, business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
