JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
Designing independently or as part of a team, depending on each project
Supplying a high percentage of creative concepts for each presentation
Inputting strongly to each design critique and ensuring your voice is heard
Presenting your designs with conviction, sometimes to clients with
senior team support
Seeing jobs through from concept to print
Challenging and 'biting the heels' of the senior designers
Acting as a creative catalyst on each project, inspiring juniors and
impressing seniors
Attempting to have your design chosen every time and helping to implement the winning
design thereafter
Helping to create mood-boards, audits and presentation stimulus when required
Possible involvement in art direction of photo-shoots
In addition to the duties stated above you may be required to undertake further tasks as
necessary to meet the demands of the Employer's business.

Requirements
BROAD REQUIREMENTS:
Accurate and on time completion of time sheets
Develop and display a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role
Commercial awareness; play your part in Bulletproofs profitability
Take pride in your environment - i.e. creating a tidy and inspiring space to work within
Ensure that administration, company protocol and standards are maintained
Embody the three core values of Bulletproof

Time

- Christmas holiday - London, New York, Singapore, Amsterdam, Australia and Shanghai Bulletproof studios close down between Christmas and New Year, meaning the days in between will be awarded as additional holiday each year

- Annual development fund - find something you want to do outside of the work remit and Bulletproof will fund it... so long as you bring a new rounded self back into the studio! (runs each year November to October)
