Marketing Specialist

Our team has over 130 people, with offices in Pitesti, Craiova, and Bucharest.
We specialize in Web Development, E-commerce, Enterprise applications, and Mobile development.
 
Roweb needs a driven, detail-oriented, Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team.
This role will be based within the Sales & Marketing team, report to the Management, and allow you to work with a dynamic team.
We have ambitious growth plans for this year, hoping you can help us drive them forward!

Responsibilities:
· Write, edit, and publish engaging, exciting, and informative content across all channels and mediums;
· Responsible for the end-to-end Website Content Strategy and working with the development team in the day-to-day management of the website;
· Design and implement B2B print and digital marketing campaigns with effective funnels for lead generation/qualifying for each of our target markets;
· Run Email Campaigns (ActiveCampaign, graphic design, copywriting);
· Coordinate our design team to create graphics, edit photos, printed materials, advertisements, PowerPoints, and brochures;
· Work together with the Human Resources team on developing our Employer Branding campaigns;
· Champion creative ideas, suggesting new ways to share and deliver content, and keeping up with the latest trends;
· Plan, produce, and create a schedule of content to engage customers on social media and our website’s blog/news section;
· Work with our SEO agency and the Sales Team to promote our company websites and landing pages and drive inbound traffic;
· Lead on our PR Strategy and draft press releases, coordinate with newspapers and bloggers, and promote our company brand with prospective clients, employees and partners;
· Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks and identify and solve challenges;
· Research target audiences and suggest/implement new ways to promote the company;
· Work with the sales and HR teams to organize exhibitions/trade shows/job fairs;
· Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shape future marketing strategies;
· Prepare marketing reports for management.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as a marketing specialist in a similar role in the software development industry (5+ years);
· Outstanding written English and copywriting skills;
· Marketing degree preferred or demonstrable experience in B2B marketing;
· Successful marketing track record in a software B2B environment;
· Experience in working with AI and LLM (e.g. ChatGPT) in generating engaging content
· Great knowledge of email platforms such as ActiveCampaign and social media scheduling software;
· Basic SEO skills are a must;
· Excellent research, organization, and time management skills.
