Future Processing Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing and Prospecting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts and identifying new business opportunities through effective prospecting techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing strategies, a keen eye for identifying potential clients, and the ability to implement innovative approaches to attract and engage prospects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams in Dallas and Europe to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with company objectives.
  • Craft a strategic plan to establish a thriving FP USA community in Dallas-Fort Worth. Identify target audiences, develop engaging event formats and partner with local organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop engaging marketing content such as blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns to attract prospects.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, tracking metrics for effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing them with valuable information about our products/services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospectin quiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on prospecting efforts and handoff of qualified leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing and prospecting activities, presenting findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, prospecting, or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude,

US citizenship required.
