Main Responsibilities:
— Communication with Stakeholders;
— Work with RND Team;
— Design, develop NLP/ML applications;
— Collaborate with a team and client to ensure prompt alignment with project goals and user needs;
— Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement;
— Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance;
— Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning;
— Provide support to teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices;
— Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress

Requirements:
— Experience in Natural Language Processing / Machine Learning;
— Proficient in Python and expertise in libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras;
— Proven work experience as a AI Prompt Engineer, Data Scientist or similar role(at least 3 years);
— English Level — Upper-Intermediate Strong — priority C1 Level (both spoken, written and reading as well);
— Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark;
— Modelling and DevOps experience for Machine Learning;
— Experience with latest LLM models currently being rolled-out in consumer-facing generative AI tools;
— Experience with AI tools and APIs like OpenAI (ChatGPT, Dall-e), DeepL or similar;
— Experience with LangChain and LangSmith;
Experience with Docker and deploying APIs to cloud (will be a plus);
— Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development;
Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field (will be a plus);
— Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
— Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
— Ability to dive deep and understand the business side of the project;
— Be able to communicate with stakeholders directly and independently;
Experience in writing academic papers, publications (will be a plus);
Experience working on healthcare/medical tasks previously (will be a plus);
— Provide clear documentation of processes, workflows, recommendations, etc.
