We're looking for a Junior User Experience Designer with a strong visual eye and the experience, passion, and skills to use design as a catalysis to make the world a better place - one project a time.
Our team is based in Oslo and we work primarily from the studio.

Would you like to...?
- Design and prototype interfaces for mobile, web, embedded devices and more, and translate them into state-of-the-art visual design
- Engage with clients, colleagues and external parties to create effective, accessible, and meaningful design concepts and solutions
- Produce user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, storyboards, scenarios, and support implementation and testing
- Participate in doing primary research, developing insight-driven product strategies, presenting ideas and facilitating workshops
- Challenge and inspire your team to deliver the best quality work
- Discover together the direction your domain and industry are takingβand make sure we're at the forefront.
- Collaborate with other Designits, locally and regionally.
We would like you to beβ¦
- A skilled designer with relevant education or professional experience in UX or a related field
- Experienced with creating production ready UI designs and able to showcase this through design projects featured in your portfolio
- Nerdy about user research, or usability testing, or technology, or information architecture - or any combination of these!
- Aware of accessibility standards and best practices, and with an interest in inclusive design and sustainability
- Curious and eager to experiment with new technology and trends (AI, mixed reality, etc.)
- A creative problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary and the drive to bring them to life.
- A great communicator, able to visualise concepts and create a shared understanding across diverse teams, mindful of the impact you have on others.
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who fundamentally believes that we're better together and enjoy sharing your skills and interests with your team.
- Collaborative, supportive and humble, curious to hear different perspectives and open to change your mind and unlearn.
- Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language: our working languages are English and Norwegian
