Your area of responsibility:
- Advising the departments in the EMEA region in all legal matters (with an emphasis on the marketing-, sales and procurement department)
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating of contracts and other legal documents in the EMEA region (with an emphasis for the departments above)
- Supervision, coordination and monitoring of litigation and court proceedings, both nationally and internationally
- Functioning as interface between the external data protection officer and the marketing-, sales- and procurement department
- Monitoring and further development of contractual and legal standards within the company
- Support of other members of the EMEA Legal Team if necessary
Your profile of qualification:
- You have successfully graduated with the first and second state exam in law (qualification for judicial office)
- You ideally have initial professional experience in a legal department of an international company or an international law firm
- You have a profound knowledge of commercial and distribution law and ideally of unfair competition law
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Your entrepreneurial mindset combined with your structured and precise way of working and your quick perception make your profile complete
