What will you be doing?

  • Your will contribute, coordinate and prioritize project delivery functions from both internal and external teams, to meet the commercial requirements of countries within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong collaboration and Business Engagement, Understand the business goals, objectives and priorities of internal customers. Collaborate with business partners to understand their technology needs and requirements. Act as the main point of contact between the IT departments and internal business units/customers.
  • Project Management: Plan, complete, and lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all work are met on time, within scope, and budget. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal, external partners, including commercial teams, vendors, and clients across Asia-Pacific region.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and outcomes. Regularly review project performance and provide reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Lead project budgets, ensuring all expenses are allocated efficiently and that cost-saving opportunities are identified and implemented.
  • Organizational Change Management: Supervise the identification, documentation, and prioritization of change requests related to the ERP system. Collaboration with China or global IT competence group to propose, handle, and deliver on enhancement requirements.
  • Support the coordination and execution of UAT and training activities to ensure the smooth progression of delivery processes.
  • Operational management: Support Service Delivery Management (SDM) in operational tasks, coordinate and be responsible for the operational task assignments, ensuring continuity and alignment to service level agreements (SLAs).

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Competencies: Agile, DevOps, PMP, IPMP, Prince2, ACP, PGMP, PBA, ITIL is preferred
  • Certification in PMP, Agile, DevOps, Lean, Scrum, ITIL preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management or business analyst, with a shown ability to lead projects to successful completion.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work efficiently across multi-functional teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency in organizational change and ability to implement solutions across a multi-country region.
  • Deep understanding of commercial solutions or business process is preferred.
  • Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical industry and national company is preferred.
  • ERP technology experience like SAP, Dynamic AX, Dynamic 365 is a plus.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
  • Physical Demands: Office (PC/Phone/Video Conf.) and meeting based work with occasional international travel.
  • Travel Requirements: <30%
