We are dedicated to building a super app in the hiring space.
We are now looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will boost the acquisition process for the Awesomic platform (designers and developers).
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier designers and developers across Latin America. You will lead a dynamic team of recruiters and collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure we meet our ambitious growth goals while maintaining our high standards for talent and culture.
This role requires you to be ready for business trips.
What you'll do:
- Build and lead a Talent Acquisition Team;
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique market dynamics of Latin America;
- Create and refine processes to identify, attract, and connect top designers and developers;
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruiting efforts and outcomes.
- Build and manage talent pipelines;
- Utilize social media, job boards, recruitment events, and other channels to engage with potential talent;
- Enhance our employer brand to position us as an employer of choice for designers and developers in Latin America;
- Regularly update the executive team on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the talent acquisition function.
About you:
- You are a natural problem-solver and have a builder's mindset;
- You are culturally aware and sensitive to the unique aspects of the Latin American talent market;
- You have a proven track record of recruiting designers and developers within Latin America;
- You worked in a high-growth, tech-focused environment;
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies;
- You have strong leadership and team management skills;
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- You are proficient in using data to drive decision-making and measure recruitment success;
- You have in-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies.
