We believe that as long as you are constantly inspired, you will ensure that your creative output not only produces cutting edge, success driven designs, but also pushes the envelope whilst adhering to brand standards and delivering business results.Responsibilities:Experience in designing projects both Print and Digital media from concept stage to completed projectExperience in corporate branding, branding and packagingAbility to work collaboratively with creative directors and brand managers.Understand business objectives and proactively contribute both strategic and design ideasDevelop high level of understanding of briefs requirements, communication strategy and clients perspective and execution of campaigns along with team members.Provide concepts for digital, offline and social media campaigns.Develop the visual tone, and messages that will shape into the most effective communication for the concerned brand.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at onceAble to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas Professional Knowledge3 years+ experience in a design/creative firmFluent in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopAbility to create artworkUnderstanding of Responsive designKnowledge in video, motion graphics, HTML/CSS is a plus
