A strong emphasis on customer service skills is essential, as you will interact directly with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and promptly respond to client inquiries
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks both remotely and in-person.
Maintain and organize crucial documents and files.
Assist with special projects and event preparations.
Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and our team, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements:
Some college education preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work remotely and in-person; must be available to come into the office one day per week.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
3 days per week, 3-4 hours each day, with potential for increased hours as needed.
Hybrid work model: primarily remote, with one required in-person day each week.
