• Genset Domain Knowledge - PLC, Paralleling,3rd Party Interfacing.
  
• Knowledge of Power system controllers basic to mid-level.
  
• Requirement gathering. 
  
• System design documentation.
  
• Create and update system DFMEA.
  
• Close loop system. 
  
• System simulation. 
  
• Maltab and Simulink awareness. 
  
• Testing and field validation experience. 
  
• Electronic System - Harness, Sensor, Actuator, Switch gears, breakers, charging alternator.
  
• Electronic Control Architecture - Microprocessor.
  
• Datalink domain Knowledge ISO 7-layer - Modbus, CAN, Ethernet and Network Topology.
  
• Test plan creation and test execution (On Genset, Matlab based simulation system-HIL, MIL)
  
  

•  Engine Domain Knowledge - Base Engine, Controls, Application.
  
• Fault Diagnostics.
  
• Product development lifecycle in general knowledge.
  
• PSHA (Product Safety & Hazard Analysis and Product risk assessment)
  
• Alternator domain knowledge.
  
• Electronic Control Architecture - HW, SW, Service tool and HMI.
  
• High level idea of Software calibration.
  
• Feedback Control Loops/Theory (PG Programs)- AVR, Voltage Regulation, Speed Governing.
  
• Six Sigma Tools and Methodology - RACI, SOW, PUGH Matrix, DOE.
  
• Project plan creation in Microsoft project.
  

Requirements

• Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years
  
• Qualification: Preferably Masters in Electrical/Electronics.
