Who We’re Looking For

The Design Strategist position calls for a creative thinker with a robust business insight and a commitment to driving impactful change through design strategy. You confidently provide recommendations and advocate for user research and design strategy. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Design strategists collaborate closely with research teams to translate customer insights into actionable strategies aligned with business goals. They conduct comprehensive market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and market opportunities. Additionally, they guide interdisciplinary workshops and engage with various experts to incorporate diverse perspectives into innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience conducting research or relevant course work; Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Research, Design Strategy, Human Computer Interaction, Social Sciences, or equivalent field. 
  • Special skills: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with strategic opportunity framing. Strategic Foresight experience preferred. 
  • Passion: Craft actionable insights and apply strategic thinking to tackle complex challenges 
  • Role: Facilitate meaningful change by melding creative insight with business acumen 
  • Traits: Strategic, creative, collaborative, disciplined, curious, adept at engaging with research participants, subject matter experts, and business leaders. 

The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $93,280 - $138,724.
