About the job
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Deep understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in HealthTech
- Experience in the role of Delivery Manager, Solution Architect or similar position
- Strong technical skills and ability to deliver effective technical solutions
- Experience participating in Pre-Sales activities and preparing proposals for customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, customer rapport, etc.)
- Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
- High analytical and strategic planning skills
- Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
- Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
- English at Upper Intermediate level and above
What you will be doing:
- Combining technical expertise and management skills to ensure the effectiveness of HealthTech business practices
- Participate in Pre-Sales activities, including selection of appropriate solutions and technologies
- Participate in project evaluations for potential clients
- Developing and implementing Pre-Sales strategies for potential clients
- Resolving technical problems and issues on ongoing projects
- Gathering and developing the necessary expertise in the practice
- Participate in marketing activities of the business practice
