Cycle Counting Coordinator

Job Summary:

Support the Cycle Counting department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Essential Functions: 

• Process a high volume of cycle-counting transactions in our warehouse management system, including generating cycle-counting reports, entering cycle-counting data, variance reports, etc.
• Process basic production adjustment transactions
• Process material transfer requests
• Monitor and maintain inventory management reports as needed
• Helps out in processing miscellaneous transactions as needed
• Participate in special projects as needed
• File various Cycle counting, auditing, and accounting reports as needed

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements

 Education:

Experience:

• Preferred experience working within Shipping, Receiving, or Warehousing
• Great communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems

Skills:

• Must be able to prioritize, organize, and have good follow-up skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• A strong self-motivator with the desire to learn.
• Works well within a team setting and contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Work hours are Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:20 pm
