Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to build Design Duck. 

You present our offer to interested parties acquired online and accompany them on the way to becoming customers. 

The place of work is the home office, salary depending on qualifications from EUR 2,800 . 

Your tasks 
– Present our platform and our offer to interested parties via online meeting (60%) 
– Follow-ups (10%) 
– Support existing customers (30%) 

Your qualifications 
– At least 2 years of work experience  
– Completed vocational training or studies 
– German is your native language or your language level is C2 
– the most important thing: you’re really keen! Framework conditions/
