As a Creative Quality Assurance Specialist at DotYeti, you will play a vital role in making sure that the final output and tasks done by the employee observe the company’s quality standards. You will also cooperate with a full creative team and work closely with Art Directors, Account Managers, and the co-founders. And of course, you should have a passion for art and graphic design.
Here’s what you’ll do...
- Pro-actively ensuring the most efficient flow from the requests to completion
I. updating the status of a request
II. sending confirmation before 30mins
III. sending updates internally for inactive requests
- Assist and keep the team on track by making sure all design outputs are thoroughly checked for function, and content, and make sure the designs are well executed
- Consideration of the overall intent and design of the content and must be meticulous about the details, especially identifying inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization
- Check and Finalize outputs to ensure design guidelines are met before submission
- Checking incoming design requests if they are complete and ready for production
- Provide feedback and support to Account Managers as well as identify key areas of improvement or refinement within their associated processes
- Ensure that the requests are in line with the client their branding guidelines and comply with all the details of the brief
- Provide feedback and clear direction when giving the designers the corrections
- Compiles and submits daily and/or weekly QA reports to the Management
- Provide clients with excellent experience and facilitate client relations tasks
This role is perfect for you if...
- You are a graduate of Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising, or similar
- You have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the creative industry or relevant experience
- You have an experience in design, and other related tasks
- You have an experience with the full Adobe Creative suite
- You have a strong foundation in design principles and elements
- You have an experience in Project management and QA tools
- You have a hands-on and direct response mentality
Bonus points for...
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience
- Experience with handling design requests for MSMEs, huge corporations, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
