Description:

We are looking for a Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will focus on creating high-quality, targeted content for various channels, including social media, blogs, SEO, and personal branding. Key skills needed here are copywriting, SEO knowledge, & Social media algorithms.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) focused social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc 
  • Engage with the target audience on social media platforms to build brand presence. 
  • Write and publish design-focused blogs per month. 
  • Create blogs & website content targeting specific geographies to enhance regional reach. 
  • Optimize the website keyword strategy. 
  • Work on enhancing personal branding visibility & presence of leadership team 
  • Ensure consistent and professional representation across all personal branding platforms. 
  • Research and prepare submissions for relevant awards. 
  • Identify and secure opportunities for design conferences, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements. 
  • Create and streamline content for podcasts to engage and inform the target audience. 
  • Plan and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to support content distribution and lead generation. 
  • Excel in copywriting for social media, website copy, & copywriting for other digital platforms 
  • Drive impact created by Marketing function on overall lead generation, branding, social media reach & more. 

Requirements
 
Must have Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, preferably within the design or tech industry. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising. 
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
