Hey YOU! OTAKOYI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to take care of content creation for our company. The Content Manager will be responsible for implementing our content plan across various channels, including social media and the company’s website. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal teams, the Content Manager will play a key role in developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

-Implement the company’s content plan across all channels (including social media and company website), ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines;
-Produce a variety of content types, including case studies, presentations, landing pages, and other marketing materials in cooperation with other teams;
-Use content management systems (CMS) to upload articles, written by copywriters, to the company blog. Prepare visual elements beforehand in cooperation with the design team;
-Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and engaging content that enhances the overall user experience;
-Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement;
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, SEO, and IT;
-Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Sales, and Development, to coordinate content creation and ensure consistency across all channels;
-Act as a liaison between content creators, designers, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the content development process;
-Being involved and generating ideas for better results;
-Support Marketing Manager in other initiatives that may arise

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field;
-Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry up to 2 years ;
-Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for different audiences and channels;
-English B2+ and stronger;
-Experience in content management systems (CMS) and experience with uploading and publishing content online will be a plus;
-Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to effectively collaborate with the SEO team;
-Understanding of IT specifics and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible content;
-Experience working closely with designers and other creative professionals to develop visually appealing content;
-Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and problem-solving skills;
-Excellent time management and organizational skills;
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
