About The Role

Ogilvy Miami is seeking a highly driven Community Manager to join our Innovation & Technology team. The Community Manager is responsible for advocating the brand on social networks. They actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers, boost awareness, and advocate the brand.

What You’ll Do

Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns
Providing engaging calendar / strategy for social media accounts
Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Partner with Creative team to create the copy for the social media posts
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

What You’ll Need

At least 2 years of experience launching community initiatives or with social media management for brands
Understand the latest trends on social media platforms, formats and particularities
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Excellent writing skills
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients’ products or services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
Highly self-motivated and well organized
Must be able work within strict budgets
Must have an eye for detail
