Experience of carrying out computational analysis for internal and external flows (Flow velocity and pressure simulations, Heat transfer simulations, Aerodynamic simulations, Performance predictions)
Good understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) theory and practices.
Good understanding of performance characteristics of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, engines, etc.
Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals.
Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria.
Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations.
Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining.
Team player.
Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
Exp. Range - 0 to 2 Years.Β
Qualification - ME / MTech (Thermal /Automotive/Aerospace Engineering)
Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Good proficiency in CFD tools: Hands on experience for Spaceclaim and
ANSYS Fluent / CFX.
Good exposure of Multiphase analysis & Cavitation Analysis β
